Manager for a day..

hehehe..interesting day today..one of my subject this semester is Food & Beverage..it is basically learning about the operation of any F&B outlet. We had 6 weeks of class then 6 weeks of pratical..I like doing this subject but the more exciting subject is yet to come..Food Production..heheh cooking..YES!!

Today was my turn in being the manager..there were 3 of us managers today..Duree from korea and Pretima from india i think..We were asked to promote a drink on top of managing all the “staff”..i was promoting Blue Jazz..its a type of mocktail..shoot!i didnt take photo of the drink!!..anyway, i was the manager of managers..meaning i was incharge of the other manager as well as both of them are a bit shy and soft..kekekeek..so i took charger of everything..from delegating works to over-seeing the running of the restaurant..

There are these 2 classmate of mine who is really anoying..Shoaib and nikhil..Shoaib is the type of guy who cant shut his mouth up..he is a smart-ass actually..he think he is the smartest guy in class..PUI!! he is the stupidest person i have ever met..i will tell u more in a while..Nikhil is a “LUBANG PANTAT” (translate)..kekekek..he is the youngest in the class but he think he is the MAN!! PUI!!..he trip ja..i will tell in a while and u guy judge for urself..

Lets start with Shoaib..it started in the first week (we r now in week 4)..i was working in the bar..i was busy doing work he suddenly came an asked this question to me “luke, if we get tips, what do we do with it?”..my reply was “im busy here, go and asked the managers..im not the manager!”..come on la..why asked me such question as if im the person incharge..then the next time was last week..he was the manager..Nikhil is his bestfren in class..nikhil was in the bar at that time..so shoiab assign me to help with the bar..nikhil was boss-ing me around..dia trip ni..dia cakap he is the manager of the bar..but he was asking me about everything about the bar..buat minuman pun tanya sia..tapi bila sia kasitau apa mau buat,he said “its not my problem”..but back to shoiab,a customer was ordering drinks and food from him..*bared in mind i was waitering a table* ..then he walked up to me and told me the order..i told him “what do u want me to do?” he answered “write that order down”..i told him off, “they ordered from you, you write it down and give the bar and the kitchen urself”..stupid!!!..you think? Nope..itu belum lagi tu..Today, he was more STUPID..imagine this,i was helping the bar staff..he came up to me with the food order and asked me if the order should be given to the bar people!! WTF..have u ever met people like this?!adede..and to add to that..he cant shut his mouth..he is always talking..and talking nonsense all the time..i would like to smack him up!!!

Nikhil is the most “tembirang punya budak” in class..he was the waiter in one of the week..in the middle of service, he just stop servicing the table..other people have to take over..Piring pun tidak buli angkat..then today, i was delegating work, he said to me he want to do cleaning/washing..i said “what if i dont give it to u” he reply “Im going to bashed u up”..then i reply “then bashed me up then..cos im the manager and i tell u wat to do”..then he said “u wait till i become manager”..i said “bring it on”..but in the end he was doing wat he want..hahaha..i think GOD was on my side..the dishwasher was broken and they have to do it by hand..but from what i heard he didnt do anything juga..FUCK him la..
